Kay Cooke

Author, coach, consultant, and MD of the
Happy Brain Co Ltd

My speciality is Meta Cognition – I help people of all ages, discover how their patterns of thinking affect daily life. Once people become aware of their sub-conscious programs, they can make better choices about wellbeing.  Awareness alone can sometimes precipitate the most positive of life-changes. But for many, there is a necessary tension in the personal journey to stop struggling and start thriving. I curate, support and accelerate that journey.  My work creates a 3D mapping of thoughts, words, and actions that build new mental and emotional structures for wellbeing.  I dislike being told what someone cannot do, and I love helping people disprove socially imposed limitations. There’s nothing more powerful that converting a limitation you were once labelled with into your superpower …

Facilitating difficult conversations is my superpower.

I believe all humans have infinite potential to live a fulfilling and remarkable life connected to vitality.  It just takes a little brain training to get the process started and willingness to focus on designing a thriving future. Getting conscious of your unique potential for a vibrant future, feeds into happier futures for humanity.  I optimise people 1:1, in families, in small groups, large seminars, while public speaking and through writing.  And by working collaboratively with a range of excellent associates, I ensure our corporate clients are delighted.  My background is in the health, wellbeing, and creativity industries.  I’ve worked as a coach, assessor, teacher, lecturer, entrepreneur, and as a board member, committee Chair, charity Trustee, and volunteer Samaritan.

Skills include:
Licensed Master Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming™
Licensed Design Human Engineer™
Licensed Practitioner of Neuro Hypnotic Repatterning™
Registered and Accredited Practitioner of Hypnotherapy
Practitioner of Psycho Sensory Techniques and Principles (PsyTap)
Munay Ki Practitioner
Reiki Master
Founder of Happy Brain™ as a specialist application of NLP for the next generation.

Tracey Hutchinson

coach & trainer

Following a long career in the public sector, Tracey now runs her own development and training consultancy.  Much of her work is informed by positive psychology; helping people become happier and more productive.  As a Business Psychologist and Master NLP Practitioner, Tracey uses a range of techniques to help clients build resilience, hope, self-confidence/efficacy, and an optimistic way of viewing challenges.  This work is based on research which shows people with higher measurements of all these elements will flourish and be able to deal with problems more easily.

Working with horses has also been Tracey’s passion for many years, teaching riding clients and expanding her work in coaching and people development to incorporate horses.  Clients see amazing results after exploring personal and professional issues alongside the animals’ authentic, patient approach.  Amazingly intuitive, the horses can reflect clients’ emotions and support them to find their own solutions.
