Tracey Hutchinson
coach & trainer
Following a long career in the public sector, Tracey now runs her own development and training consultancy. Much of her work is informed by positive psychology; helping people become happier and more productive. As a Business Psychologist and Master NLP Practitioner, Tracey uses a range of techniques to help clients build resilience, hope, self-confidence/efficacy, and an optimistic way of viewing challenges. This work is based on research which shows people with higher measurements of all these elements will flourish and be able to deal with problems more easily.
Working with horses has also been Tracey’s passion for many years, teaching riding clients and expanding her work in coaching and people development to incorporate horses. Clients see amazing results after exploring personal and professional issues alongside the animals’ authentic, patient approach. Amazingly intuitive, the horses can reflect clients’ emotions and support them to find their own solutions.
