Kay Cooke

Consultant, Coach, Master Trainer, Therapist, and Author

After 20 years in the personal and professional development industry, I set up The Happy Brain Company in 2021 as a vehicle to deliver excellence, sometimes on my own and often alongside associates and collaborative thinkers.

Essentially, I help people become aware of how their minds and bodies co-create their subjective realities. Once aware, they can then choose my support through a path of conscious transformation for mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual flourishing. I work with individuals and groups, of any age, utilising my extensive background in health, education, business, and creativity.  My skills have been acquired through qualifications and experience as a coach, trainer, assessor, teacher, lecturer, award winning entrepreneur, businesswoman, board member, committee Chair, charity Trustee, therapist, and volunteer Samaritan.

As a wellbeing consultant, coach, and trainer I design and deliver:

  • coaching and training
  • workshops and talks for adults, children, businesses, and communities.
  • resources including books, workbooks, activities, and games.

As a Society of NLP Licensed Master Trainer, I provide a range of licensed certifications and specialist NLP programs, including Practitioner, Master Practitioner, Advanced Master Practitioner, NLP in Education, NLP in Health, NLP in Business, Teaching Excellence Practitioner, NLP for parents, NLP for Working Well and my unique program: Happy Brain for Next Generation Thinking.

As a holistic therapist, lightworker and neo-shaman, I use a wide range of modalities (including hypnosis and energy medicine) to help people still their mind, centre their body, connect to their higher self and inner truth. This usually involves deep levels of subconscious healing.

My own pursuit of human excellence has been massively influenced by the technologies developed by NLP founder, Dr. Richard Bandler. Like him, I believe all humans have infinite potential to live fulfilling and remarkable lives connected to joy and vitality. I’m proud to be a long-serving member of the assisting team for his international trainings.

Tracey Hutchinson

coach & trainer

As a MSc Business Psychologist, Master Practitioner of NLP, and Advanced Hypnotic Practitioner, Tracey uses a range of techniques to help clients build resilience, hope, self-confidence/efficacy, and an optimistic way of viewing challenges.  Her work is informed by research which shows people with higher measurements of all these elements will flourish and be able to deal with problems more easily.

Much of her corporate work is informed by positive psychology; helping people become happier and more productive.

Among many other qualifications, Tracey is a registered and accredited Professional Coach with the British Horse Society, and holds a diploma in Equine Psychology.

Working with horses is Tracey’s great passion, teaching riding clients and expanding her work in coaching and people development to incorporate the involvement of horses.  Clients see amazing results after exploring personal and professional issues alongside the animals’ authentic, patient approach.  Amazingly intuitive, the horses can reflect clients’ emotions and support them to find their own solutions.

Tracey’s commitment to the development and delivery of Happy Brain programs is well applauded and highly valued. She has been instrumental in developing our first Happy Brain Community Centre at Stepney Bank Stables (cross ref?). Tracey continues to work closely with Kay to develop new programs for all our service areas.
